SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONSÂ
All regular purchase products will be shipped within 2 business days from the date of product creation, unless pandemic, weather, or un/natural disaster do not permit.Â
Shipping and transit times begin after your order is processed and has been received by the shipping company of your choice at checkout.
All orders ship from our warehouse in Tucson, Arizona.
NOTE: PRODUCT PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES MAY INCREASE DURING HOLIDAYS AND OTHER PEAK TIMES & SEASONS
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipments to international customers may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees which must be covered by each international customer.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: A shipment that is refused for any reason, both, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.Â
We, unfortunately, do not refund original shipping charges for orders that are refused for delivery at customs.
LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES
Salt Light District™ has no control over and cannot be held responsible for an order package once it has been received by your selected shipping company. If there is an issue where a package is lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed, we will contact the carrier and file a claim. If the claim is denied and the package can not be recovered, we will not replace or refund any lost or stolen packages.
